Safeguarding Team
At SILS, safeguarding is a core commitment. Our team of Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL) oversees the consistent implementation of safeguarding protocols across the school. All staff receive comprehensive training to identify and report any concerns through the established referral system, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to student welfare. Through ongoing training, structured case management, and strong community engagement, SILS fosters a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all.
